Today we spent the entire day at a Thai cooking class. Before the actual class which took place at a gorgeous farm, we visited a local market where our instructor showed us all the different fruits and vegetables and different ingredients available to buy and cook with. It was a great experience to learn how to differentiate between all the many different things available, such as the different types of rice! We also got to learn about fruits such as dragonfruit, and what color the fruit will be depending on the outside ridges.
