Though some of our favorite dairy products are hard to come by in Thailand, fresh ice cream isn't one one of them. The usual suspects can be found in a freezer at 7-11, but the fresh stuff is the best and you also get to watch the show!
I went for the green tea ice cream and they pour the fresh ingredients right on top of a big ice block.
They work the ingredients until they're completely mixed, then spread it out to let it freeze up.
Once frozen they scrape it up and finish it off with your chosen toppings
It tasted as good as it looked!
The only caveat is that though the ice is scrapped in between ice creams, anyone with severe allergies to any of the ingredients they use should avoid eating the ice cream and just enjoy the show.
